RE YADAV SHESH NATH

Yadav Shesh Nath, a non-refoulement claimant, applied for leave to appeal against the Torture Claims Appeal Board's rejection of his claim of fear of persecution upon return to his home country. The Court of Appeal considered whether the Board properly assessed his claim. The application was dealt with on its merits.
