RE DUTTA AMAR

Dutta Amar, a non-refoulement claimant, applied for leave to appeal against the Torture Claims Appeal Board's rejection of his claim. The Court of Appeal considered whether the Board properly assessed the evidence of risk of harm upon return to his home country. The application was dealt with on its merits.
