PHAM THI LAN V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD

Vietnamese national Pham Thi Lan applied for extension of time to appeal against the dismissal of her application for leave to apply for judicial review of her non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal considered the applicant's grounds including alleged procedural unfairness and failure to consider her claims. The application was dismissed with no order as to costs.
