RE BALAGOT CHRISTINE RAFANAN

Filipino national Balagot Christine Rafanan appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision rejecting her non-refoulement claim, which was based on alleged risk of harm from her previous spouse. The Court of Appeal found the Board had considered her claims in detail and gave adequate reasons. The appeal was dismissed.
