RE TITIS PRIH SUSANAWATI

Indonesian national Titis Prih Susanawati appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision rejecting her non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal held that assessment of evidence and risk of harm are within the province of the Board, and no error of law or procedural unfairness was demonstrated. The appeal was dismissed.
