RE HASAN MAHAMUDUL

Bangladeshi national Hasan Mahamudul appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision rejecting his non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal held the applicant's assertions were general and vague, and no error was demonstrated. The appeal was dismissed.
