Bangladeshi national Golam Zilani appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision rejecting his non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal found no error of law or procedural unfairness was demonstrated by the applicant. The appeal was dismissed.
