RE DIMACULANGAN JOHN ABOBO

Filipino national Dimaculangan John Abobo applied for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal against the Court of Appeal's dismissal of his reapplication for extension of time to appeal against the refusal of leave for judicial review of his non-refoulement claim. The applicant failed to identify any proper grounds of appeal. The Notice of Motion was dismissed.
