Pakistani national Ali Liaqat applied for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal against the Court of Appeal's dismissal of his reapplication for extension of time for non-refoulement judicial review. The applicant's allegations were directed at the Director and Board's decisions rather than identifying errors in the judgment. The Notice of Motion was dismissed.
