ABBAS RAEES V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD/ NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Pakistani national Abbas Raees applied for extension of time to appeal against the refusal of leave for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision rejecting his non-refoulement claim under all four grounds (right to life, torture/CIDTP, persecution, and Immigration Ordinance torture). The Court of Appeal found no merit in the application. The application was dismissed.
