VU VAN THIEP V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Vietnamese national Vu Van Thiep appealed against the refusal of leave for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision rejecting his non-refoulement claim, which covered risks of torture, persecution, and right to life. The Court of Appeal found no error in the judge's or the Board's assessment. The appeal was dismissed.
