RE HASSAN MUHAMMAD

Hassan Muhammad, a Pakistani national who entered Hong Kong in 2006 and overstayed, appealed the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of his non-refoulement claim. He appeared in person at the oral hearing. The Court of Appeal found no error of law in the judge's assessment and dismissed the appeal.
