Siti Rohani, an Indonesian national, appealed the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's refusal to allow late filing of her appeal against the Director's second rejection of her non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal found no error in the lower court's assessment and dismissed the appeal.
