LINA ANTI KASARI AND ANOTHER V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Indonesian applicants Lina Anti Kasari and her daughter appealed the refusal of leave for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision dismissing their non-refoulement claims. The Board had found no real risk of harm upon return to Indonesia. The Court of Appeal (Chow JA and Cheng J) dismissed the appeal, with the applicants acting in person.
