RINDA YULIATI V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Indonesian applicant Rinda Yuliati appealed against the refusal of leave for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision dismissing her non-refoulement claim.
