RESTU DWI AMBARWULAN AND ANOTHER V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Indonesian applicants Restu Dwi Ambarwulan and her child appealed against the refusal of leave for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision dismissing their non-refoulement claims. The CFI had refused leave. The Court of Appeal (Chow JA and Lisa Wong J) heard the case and dismissed the appeal, with the applicants acting in person.
