RE BUI DO SON

Vietnamese applicant Bui Do Son renewed his application for extension of time to appeal the refusal of leave for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision rejecting his non-refoulement claim. The Board had dismissed his appeal against the Director of Immigration's decision. The Court of Appeal (Chu VP and Cheung JA) dismissed the application, with the applicant acting in person.
