EGBOLIBE DANIEL V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Nigerian applicant Egbolibe Daniel sought leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal against the dismissal of his non-refoulement case. The Court of Appeal had previously dismissed his appeal, and the applicant filed his notice of motion out of time. The Court of Appeal (Kwan VP and Barma JA) refused leave, finding no question of great general or public importance and dismissing the notice of motion.
