OFOR IKECHUKWU MICHAEL ALIAS RABE LAWAN V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Nigerian applicant Ofor Ikechukwu Michael (alias Rabe Lawan) sought leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal against the dismissal of his non-refoulement case.
