RE DO KHANH DUONG

Vietnamese applicant Do Khanh Duong sought leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal out of time against the Court of Appeal's dismissal of his extension of time application in a non-refoulement judicial review case. The Court of Appeal (Cheung and Chow JJA) dismissed the notice of motion, finding no question of great general or public importance and no merits in the intended appeal.
