RE GURUNG MANSINGH

Nepalese applicant Gurung Mansingh sought leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal against the dismissal of his non-refoulement judicial review. The Court of Appeal had previously dismissed his appeal regarding a subsequent non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal (Chow JA and Cheng J) dismissed the notice of motion, finding no question of great general or public importance.
