Summary

SHB (also known as MD Sydul Haque), a Bangladeshi national who had been in Hong Kong since 2001, appealed against the refusal of leave to judicially review the Torture Claims Appeal Board's dismissal of his non-refoulement claim. This was his second claim, the first having been dismissed in 2012. The Court found no errors in the Judge's decision and dismissed the appeal.
