Summary

Fang Gencheng pleaded guilty to trafficking in 9,741 grammes of methamphetamine (Ice) and was sentenced to 23 years' imprisonment. He subsequently sought to reverse his guilty plea, claiming he was only a bailee, but the application was refused as the Summary of Facts clearly showed knowledge and intent. Leave to appeal against conviction and sentence was refused.
