Choi Tsz Fung pleaded guilty to trafficking in 6.8 kilogrammes of Ketamine and was sentenced to 14 years and 3 months' imprisonment. On appeal, he argued the sentencing judge failed to give adequate discount for his guilty plea and cooperation. The Court of Appeal considered the appropriate sentencing framework for Ketamine trafficking.
