RE MONDOL MONGOLI AND ANOTHER

Mondol Mongoli and Alam Mohammad Law appealed against the refusal of leave to judicially review the Torture Claims Appeal Board's dismissal of their non-refoulement claims, which had been considered in both first and second decisions by the Board. The applicants failed to lodge written submissions. The Court found no errors in the Judge's assessment and dismissed the appeal.
