RORADURI ANARE V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Roraduri Anare, a Fijian national, appealed against the refusal of leave for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's rejection of his non-refoulement claim. The applicant appeared in person and his written submissions reiterated general statements of law and bare assertions without evidence. The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal.
