UONG VAN LAP V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Uong Van Lap, a Vietnamese national, sought leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal against the Court of Appeal's decision upholding the refusal of leave for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's rejection of his non-refoulement claim. The Board had found his claim not substantiated across all applicable grounds. The leave application was refused.
