NUR CHOLIMAH V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Nur Cholimah, an Indonesian national, appealed against Deputy High Court Judge Levy's refusal of leave for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's rejection of her non-refoulement claim. The Form 86 was amended on the court's own motion to name the Board as the proposed respondent. The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal.
