RE ISHTIAQ MUHAMMAD

Ishtiaq Muhammad, a Pakistani national, applied for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal after the Court of Appeal dismissed his appeal against the refusal of leave for judicial review of the Board's rejection of his non-refoulement claim. His complaints of unfairness and lack of legal and language assistance had been dealt with in the earlier judgment. The Notice of Motion was dismissed.
