AONSRI PATTAWAN V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Aonsri Pattawan, a Thai national who was an illegal immigrant, had her non-refoulement claim rejected by the Director of Immigration and the Torture Claims Appeal Board. She applied for leave for judicial review, which Deputy High Court Judge K.W. Lung dismissed on the papers. The leave application was refused.
