LUTFI ROHMAWATI V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

The applicant, an Indonesian national, applied to withdraw her application for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision on her non-refoulement claim. The court found no evidence the withdrawal was other than of the applicant's free will and, with no outstanding matters in the action, acceded to the request. The application for judicial review was dismissed.
