SUGIANAH AND ANOTHER V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

An Indonesian mother and her minor daughter applied for leave to apply for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision rejecting their non-refoulement claims. The first applicant made oral submissions while the second applicant, a minor suing by her mother as next friend, was absent. The application for leave to apply for judicial review was dismissed.
