LUU THI HANG AND ANOTHER V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

A Vietnamese mother and her child jointly applied for leave to apply for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision rejecting their non-refoulement claims. The application was filed out of time, the child was struck from the proceedings, and no extension of time was granted. The application for leave to apply for judicial review was dismissed.
