AISHPREET SINGH V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

The applicant, an Indian national, sought leave to apply for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision refusing his late filing of a notice of appeal against the Director of Immigration's decision rejecting his non-refoulement claim. His claim had been rejected in 2018 and the notice was delivered to him care of the Duty Lawyer Service. Both the extension of time and the leave to apply for judicial review were refused.
