YUEN TSZ CHUN FRANK AND CHAN HOI YAN, THE JOINT AND SEVERAL LIQUIDATORS OF RZ3262019 LTD (IN LIQUIDATION) V. ZHOU YING INVESTMENTS GROUP LTD AND OTHERS

The joint liquidators of RZ3262019 Ltd (in liquidation) brought proceedings under sections 266, 266A, and 266B of the Companies (Winding Up) Ordinance against Zhou Ying Investments Group Ltd and others, including Kwok Ying Lan. The 1st defendant applied to dismiss the proceedings, but Deputy High Court Judge Gary Lam dismissed the defendant's summons with costs summarily assessed at HK$380,000 with certificate for two counsel.
