SAKIB, MD SAJIB SHAK V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD

The applicant, a Bangladeshi national, sought leave to apply for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision. The Board had incorrectly dated its decision as 6 February 2024 when it was delivered on 6 February 2025, and the applicant filed his application out of time even based on the later date. Both the extension of time and leave to apply for judicial review were refused.
