The applicant, a Vietnamese national, applied for withdrawal of his application for judicial review of the Torture Claims Appeal Board's decision on his non-refoulement claim. There being no evidence the application was made other than of the applicant's free will and no outstanding matters, the court acceded to the request. The application was dismissed.
