MAJEED ABDUL V. DIRECTOR OF IMMIGRATION

The applicant, a Pakistani national, sought leave to apply for judicial review of the Director of Immigration's decision refusing his subsequent non-refoulement claim. The court found he had previously sought judicial review under HCAL 2028/2018 and this was the second application on the same facts and grounds. Leave was refused and a Restricted Proceedings Order was imposed to prevent further abusive proceedings.
