LAU DIK SANG V. COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE AND ANOTHER

Lau Dik Sang sought leave to judicially review decisions of the Commissioner of Customs and Excise and the Secretary for Justice regarding non-disclosure of materials and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance.
