WANG BOHENG V. 于卡弗

Wang Boheng sued 于卡弗 (Yu Kafu) in a civil action. After the initial decision contained an error regarding the plaintiff's address (page 2 of the writ was missing from the hearing bundle), Au-Yeung J varied the decision to revoke the address-related order and dismissed the entire defendant's summons. Costs of HK$70,000 were summarily assessed against the defendant.
