A Vietnamese national appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's decision dismissing his non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal noted the contents of the notice of appeal were strikingly similar to other appeals heard the same day. The appeal was dismissed for lack of merit.
