RE TAMANG GANGA BAHADUR

Tamang Ganga Bahadur, a Nepalese national, appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's decision dismissing his non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal found the applicant failed to demonstrate the Board acted unlawfully, procedurally unfairly, or in a Wednesbury unreasonable manner, and advanced no viable grounds of appeal. The appeal was dismissed.
