RE HOSSAIN RASEL

Hossain Rasel, a Bangladeshi national, appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's decision dismissing his non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal found his general assertions of fear if refouled did not constitute proper grounds of appeal, and the judge had thoroughly considered his case. The appeal was dismissed.
