UMER FAROOQ V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Umer Farooq appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's decision dismissing his non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal found his allegations were directed at the Director/Adjudicator and could not constitute valid grounds of appeal against the judge's order. The appeal was dismissed.
