CHAU TAT WING, SUING IN HIS OWN CAPACITY AND AS THE SOLE EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF WONG TIM LUN, DECEASED V. WONG KWAI WAN AND ANOTHER

Chau Tat Wing, executor of Wong Tim Lun's estate, sought leave to appeal and an extension of time in a property dispute with Wong Kwai Wan and the Secretary for Justice involving land in the New Territories.
