MD KAMAL UDDIN V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD

Md Kamal Uddin, a Bangladeshi national, appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's decision dismissing his non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal found the applicant failed to show any reasonably arguable public law error and agreed the judge's finding of unsatisfactory delay was justified. The appeal was dismissed.
