ROHYATUN V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD / NON-REFOULEMENT CLAIMS PETITION OFFICE

Rohyatun, an Indonesian national, appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's decision dismissing her non-refoulement claim.
