RE PRABHDEEP SINGH

Prabhdeep Singh, an Indian national, appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's decision dismissing his non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal found the applicant failed to demonstrate the Board acted unlawfully, procedurally unfairly, or in a Wednesbury unreasonable manner. The applicant was absent; the appeal was dismissed.
