NGUYEN THI HUONG V. TORTURE CLAIMS APPEAL BOARD

Nguyen Thi Huong, a Vietnamese national, appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's decision dismissing her non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal found the applicant failed to identify any error in the judge's decision, and the judgment was written in English although the Board's decision was in Chinese. The appeal was dismissed.
