RE JABBAR ABDUL

Jabbar Abdul, a Pakistani national, appealed against the refusal of leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's decision dismissing his non-refoulement claim. The Court of Appeal found the applicant failed to demonstrate the Board acted unlawfully, procedurally unfairly, or in a Wednesbury unreasonable manner, and his complaints about the Board's findings were matters of fact. The appeal was dismissed.
